  1. Jamble operates a social media-inspired peer-to-peer marketplace that uses video and live streaming to suggest relevant sellers and items to you and to display your items to the most relevant potential buyers based on your preferences and other information submitted to it, which allows you to buy and sell items using the Jamble application which we make available for download through an App Store and Google Play on your mobile device. You can log in to your profile, search for members and watch live shows (each account has a unique and public URL) via the website.

The Service is operated by Jamble Inc, the address of the Corporation’s registered office in the state of Delaware is National Registered Agents, Inc., 1209 Orange Street, in the city of Wilmington, County of New Castle, Zip Code 19801. The name of its registered agent at such address is National Registered Agents, Inc.

‍2. Your relationship with us.

  1. This document and any documents referred to within it (collectively, the “Terms of Service”) set out the terms of your relationship with us. The Terms of Service set out the legally binding terms of your relationship with Jamble regarding your use of the Service. Please read them carefully. If there is anything within the Terms of Service that you do not understand, please contact us through the App.

3. Information about you and your privacy

  1. We understand how important privacy is to our customers. That's why we have a Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and share information.
  2. By granting the Jamble App access to your contacts, you allow us to send invitation messages or reminder messages to the contacts you select. These messages may include information about Jamble and encourage them to join the app. If you choose to delete your account or withdraw permission, we will stop sending messages to your contacts.
  3. As part of the Service, Jamble may send notifications or emails related to user actions, such as bids updates, notifications about show, product or users. These notifications are designed to enhance your experience and ensure that you are kept informed of key activity related to your use of the platform.
  4. To make checkout more convenient, we may automatically collect your delivery address and payment details from your Apple Pay pre-fill necessary fields during purchase. By proceeding without manually entering this information, you consent to its collection and use as described. If you prefer not to have your information automatically retrieved, you can adjust your device settings or manually enter your details during checkout.
  5. By agreeing to share your location through the dedicated in-app prompt, you consent to us using this information to pre-fill your address for a faster checkout process. Users always have the choice to stop it directly on their device.

4. Setting up an account

  1. To access our Service, you must register with us and set up an account with your phone number on Play Store and email and phone number on App Store.
  2. To use our Service, you must be 13 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence. You also give us permission to access and use your information from social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok as long as it is allowed by these platforms. Lastly, we will store your login token for these social media platforms in our Privacy Policy.
  3. To maintain the confidentiality of your login details and account, it is your responsibility to contact the support directly on the App, from the Intercom launcher if you have any concerns that your account may have been misused.
  4. When setting up your account, you can allow the app to access your contact list. If granted, Jamble may send invitations or reminders to the contacts you choose to invite, helping expand your network and enhance your experience on the platform.
  5. It is a user duty to give accurate information, complying with laws and respecting intellectual property rights.

5. Jamble Transactions and Payments

  1. The Jamble platform facilitates the buying and selling of items in live for PlayStore and also asynchronously through the marketplace on AppStore.
